Amulet of the Wandering Moon

The power of this amulet is tied to Selune's benevolence.  This amulet keeps a follower of Selune safe as they wander, and also allows them to help others.

While wearing this amulet, you gain a +1 bonus to Armor Class and your DC spell save increases by 1. You also become resistant to necrotic damage and one of your abilities increases to 14.

The amulet has 20 charges for the following properties. The amulet regains 2d8 + 4 expended charges daily at twilight. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the amulet turns into gray dust and is destroyed.

Spells. While wearing this amulet, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC and/or spell attack bonus: cure wounds (Levels 1 - 6, 1 charge per level), dispel magic, (Levels 3 - 6, 1 charge per level)faithful hound (4 charges), goodberry (1 charge), greater restoration (5 charges), moonbeam (up to level 6, 1 charge per level), remove curse (3 charges), sanctuary (1 charge), or tongues (3 charges)
