Aqua Regia Gloves

These otherwise-normal seeming gloves bear large orange-red pads on the palms. As a bonus action, you may activate these gloves to emit a highly corrosive acid from the pads for the next minute, which can melt away up to 15 cubic feet of soil, 10 cubic feet of rock, 5 cubic feet of most metals and minerals, or two handfuls of adamantine, mithral, or diamond. All substances melted in this way are dissolved, effectively being destroyed. Alternatively, if you make an unarmed strike whilst this is active and hit with it, instead of your normal damage, you may deal acid damage equal to 1d8 plus your Dexterity modifier that ignores resistance to acid damage. Once you have used this effect, you cannot use it again until you complete a short or long rest.
