The demon Abbadon - the Destroyer - of ancient Semitic myth was known for his wrath and devastating rampages, in ancient artworks he is portrayed wielding two burning morningstars. It has long been suspected that while Abbadon may have used many different weapons in his time all that he touched were infused with his powers of destruction.
Abbadon's Hellsmashers are a pair of +3 Morningstars which must both be attuned together by using them to crush a living skull.
The Fires of Hell : Both morningstars deal an additional 4d4 fire damage on hit.
Duality of Destruction : Once attuned the morningstars grants you the advantage of the Dual Weapon Mastery feat but only when using both morningstars.
Protector of Demonkind: Even demons must sometimes go on the defensive. One of the morningstars can transform into a +1 shield or back into a morningstar by using the command phrase "Adramalech"
You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with these magic weapon.
Proficiency with a Morningstar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
