Wondrous Item, rare
A small firecracker amplified with arcane energy. Lighting the fuse gives 6 seconds of delay before exploding with a burst of searing light and disorienting sound. All creatures within 20ft of the detonation that rely on sight/hearing must make a Constitution Saving throw DC 18 or be blinded AND deafened for 2 rounds. Any creatures that are within 5ft of the detonation, and can hear, that fail their constitution save by 2 or more are stunned for 1 round, if they fail the save by 5 or more they are stunned for 2 rounds.
The arcane firecracker is destroyed after use.
