Amulet of Eternal Change

This amulet requires attunement but doesn't count against the number of attuned items your attuned to.

Upon attuning to the amulet, it glows bright and sinks into your skin. Turning into a tattoo of the amulet. It grants the wearer the following benefits.

• The wearers base ability scores increase to 30 and you no longer have a maximum.
• The Amulet absorbs half of all damage the wearer takes. Giving the wearer resistance to bludgeoning, slashing, piercing, and magic. After absorbing 500 points of damage a random ability score is increased by 1d6.
