Athreos Mask

Can see in normal and magical darkness, see invisible creatures and objects, automatically detect visual illusions and succeed on saving throws against them, and perceive the original form of a shapechanger or a creature that is transformed by magic. Furthermore, the monster can see into the Ethereal Plane within the same range.

While Attuned to this Mask you cannot Unattuned also you have disadvantage on Perception Checks. Additionally once Attuned you cannot take the Mask off. If a Creature tries to cast the Identify spell on the Mask while you sleep you are woken up and try to stop the Ritual in any means you see fit. Alternatively you are compelled to not let anyone cast the Identify  spell on you. If you somehow you or someone else finds a way to take the Mask off while still Attuned to it, you become blind forever; Only A Wish spell can cure you.
