This bracelet locks onto a wrist or ankle, magically resizing to fit tiny to large creatures. Upon locking, the bracelet surrounds the wearer in a skin tight anti-magic field, bringing the wearer and only the wearer under its effect. See the spell Antimagic Field for effects on the wearer.
It has no effect on creatures capable of legendary actions.
The bracelet can unlocked with its key (an intricately machined, grooved, small cylindrical rod made of platinum). Key is not required to lock the bracelet.
The bracelet's lock can be picked, DC 20 Thieves' Tools.
The bracelet has resistance to all damage, but can be destroyed through physical and / or magical means.
