Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement)

The heart of this creature is an irregular shaped piece of metal that servs as their "heart". The homunculous is approximately the shape of a grapefruit with multiple eyestalks that allow it to see in all directions. It is considered a construct and once the item is attuned the creature can act as a familiar similar to the Find Familiar spell.

It has the following stats:

STR: 4 DEX: 15 CON: 11 INT: 10 WIS: 10 CHA: 4

AC: 11+ Attuned's Proficiency Bonus

HP: 5 x Your class level + your character's intelligence modifier

Skills: Perception +4, Stealth +4

Damage Immunities: acid, poison

Condition Immunities: charmed, exhaustion, poisoned

Senses: darkvision 60 ft., passive Perception 10

Languages understands the languages you speak

Movement: 20 ft, Fly 30 ft

Abilities: Your Homunculous acts independently of you but it always obeys your commands. In combat it acts on your turn. It can either take the help action on your turn or use your bonus action for the following abilities:

Bonus Actions: Using the attuned's Bonus Actions the creature can do the following.

Acidic Spittle: Ranged Weapon attack, range 30 feet, 1d6+Int Bonus

Alchemical Salve: (3/day) The homunculus can either touch you or a character you designate to heal them for 2d6+your character intelligence bonus.

Spellcasting

You can cast any spells through your homunculous that requires touch. It must be in 100 feet in range of your character.

Shared Senses
While your homunculous is within 100 feet of you, you can command it telepathically. As an action you can see through your homunculous' eyes and hear what it hears until the start of your next turn.

It can be rebuilt...
If your homunculous drops below zero hit points, it turns into a puddle of goo with only an irregular piece of unidentified metal remaining that is the "heart" of the homunculous. You must spend an hour using 10 GP of alchemist supplies to rebuild the homunculous.
