Living Weapon: This blade and its twin when held within 500ft become living weapons. They have a mind of their own and communicate with their wielder/master and their twin sword. They communicate telepathically in a language the wielder understands.
While wielding this blade and its twin together, you can cast for free up to two times per day the spell Scorching Ray. If you are not a natural spellcaster, it will be the base level 1 spell. You are considered proficient with this spell --- Scorching Ray: You create three rays of fire and hurl them at targets within range. You can hurl them at one target or several. Make a ranged spell attack for each ray. On a hit, the target takes 2d6 fire damage.
Pact Weapon Aspects: You can use your action to create the weapons' in your empty hands. You are proficient with it while you wield it as long as both swords consider you their owner/master.
Your pact weapon disappears if someone else tries to use it without you or your weapons' will. These weapons' can disappear to a pocket dimension owned solely by them if you drop either of them, and it appears whenever you create your pact weapon thereafter. The weapon ceases being your pact weapon if you die or if you do something to break your bond to them.
Proficiency with a Scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
