This tattoo can be activated when you trace the tattoo from hand to arm. This wil make a Longbow appear in your hand with wich you are proficient. The tattoo has 5 arrow charges in the Apollo's quiver. They recharge after a short rest. This ranged weapon deals 1d8 force damage and has a range of 150/600.
