This leather cord necklace has a ornate, ebony wood medallion tied in the middle. Carved into the medallion is the image of a snarling tiger riddled with arrows and a large spear piercing through its neck. The tiger seems uncaring of its wounds as it seems to be in the middle of leaping upon an unknown prey.
When worn, you gain a +1 bonus to Constitution, Strength, and Dexterity Saving throws. Should the effect possess a continuous effect (in the same vein of Blindness/Deafness, Hold Person, or Entangle), then the subsequent saving throws will be made with a +2 bonus. The initial bonus does not stack with the subsequent roll bonus.
There is a total of 1d4+2 charges on this item. When you wear the necklace have your HP down to zero (0) by either damage or magical effect, the necklace expends one charge to bring you back to consciousness with 2d4+2 hit points. Once all charges are expended from the item, the medallion crumbles to dust and the necklace loses all magical effects.
Notes: Bonus: Constitution Saving Throws, Bonus: Dexterity Saving Throws, Bonus: Strength Saving Throws
