A 3 foot tall, deep blue, conical hat. Depictions of stars and crescent moons, woven in fine silver decorate its surface. At its point lies a small, shimmering orb of light.
While attuned to and wearing this hat, your gain a +5 bonus to your Intelligence score, as well as advantage on Intelligence (Arcana) ability checks. This item has one charge, reset at dawn. You gain the ability to cast Fireball using the charge. The hat also passively emanates a 10 full sphere of dim light while worn, from its tip.
