A luxurious, finely crafted, silken top hat, with elegance matched by none. Its brim and sideband are both a shiny black, exotic silk. The hat band is a gray colored felt band, with a singular perfectly preserved griffon feather on its side. While attuned and worn, a pair of white gloves manifest onto your hands, if you do not already any other type of glove on. These gloves fade into nonexistence when removed, or the hat is taken off.
While attuned to and wearing this hat, your gain a +6 bonus to your Charisma score, as well as advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) ability checks. You also gain the ability to summon a Veteran's Cane at will, as an action. If the Veteran's Cane is dropped, thrown or removed from your hand in any other way, or after 10 minutes from being summoned, it vanishes in a puff of purple smoke.
