Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)
A rugged and simple cap, made from Wererat fur. 2 'ears' come down from each side, and can be folded and pinned to the crown of the hat. A large insignia, cast of Gold, with light red paint, portraying a star is sewn onto the front.
While attuned to and wearing this hat, your gain a +4 bonus to your Constitution score, as well as resistance to Cold damage. You also cannot be exhausted through any means other than sleep deprivation and starvation.
