Sanguineous Cups (Set of 4)
Bonding to a Cup requires a DC 14 Constitution save. Failure means the cups cannot be used for 48 hours.

Once Bonded, (Does not take up attunement slot), the bearer can drink from the cup twice a day. Each drink has the same effect as a Potion of Healing, [roll]2d4+2[/roll].
One draught regenerates at dawn and one at dusk.

Vampiric Life: If an 'attuned' user is at zero HP or has failed their last death saving throw within 10 rounds the Vampiric Life can be used by another attuned bearer. This will deplete all remaining uses for the 'living' bearer. Roll [roll]4d4+4[/roll], the 'dead/dying' character regains that many hit points. The 'living' character takes that many points of damage. They must also make a Wisdom Saving throw DC 5+Damage taken. The action repeats until the 'living' character makes the wisdom saving throw, rolling new 'healing/damage' each time. If the 'living' character makes a successful saving throw they can choose to keep providing healing but still require a saving throw every round. On the 3rd 5th and subsequent rounds increase the DC by 5.

Once the 'dead/dying' character has regained Max hitpoints, they are able to also begin making Wisdom Saves to stop the transfer.

A character killed by the Cup cannot be brought back using the cup... And a character killed by the Cup may not stay dead…
