A magical amulet designed specifically for insetting pearls of power. When you find a pearl of power, you can add it to the amulet, increasing the number of charges of the amulet, over a short rest. The amulet has space for 6 pearls.
While this amulet is on your person, you can use an action to speak its command word and regain one expended spell slot. If the expended slot was of 4th level or higher, the new slot is 3rd level. Once you use the pearl, it can't be used again until the next dawn.
When inset on the amulet, you can expend additional pearls at once to exceed the 4th level slot limit. Two pearls you may regain up to a fourth level slot, three pearls for a 5th level slot, four pearls for a 6th level slot, five pearls for a 7th level slot, and all six pearls for an 8th level slot.
