This amulet resembles a spinal column made of gold with a lavender colored stone at the top. The stone is actually the end of a pin, which when inserted into the base of any creature's skull the creature takes 1d4 damage and must roll a charisma DC of 15 plus the wearer's charisma modifier. If fails, the creature is now under the control of the amulet wearer and is considered charmed. The wearer of the amulet has the equivalent of the suggestion spell and Charm Person spell over the affected creature, and can use a bonus action during combat to make new suggestions to the entrapped creature. Should the pin be removed prior to the creature's death, or the entrapped creature's hit points be fully regained, the creature is no longer under the amulet's control, and the enchantment broken, making the amulet and pin little more than fancy costume jewelry.
