Dark Blessing. While holding the axe, you can use an action to give yourself 1d4 + 4 temporary hit points. This property can’t be used again until the next dusk.
Disheartening Strike. When you hit a creature with a spell attack using this weapon as a focus, you can fill the target with unsettling dread: the target has disadvantage on the next saving throw it makes before the end of your next turn. The creature ignores this effect if it’s immune to the frightened condition. Once you use this property, you can’t do so again until the next dusk.
Bardic Encore. As a bonus action, spend one Bardic Inspiration to replay your last spell whose level is two or lower (cantrips count as 1). After hearing the Encore, friendly players in a 30 foot radius from you gain 1d4+4 temporary hit points. Two Encore's played back to back cause 1 level of exhaustion of a failed save (13 dex)
