Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement by a spellcasting )
While wearing this circlet you are considered to always have the spell magic missile prepared. In addition, there are three motes floating around the wearer's head.
As a bonus action, you can fire the arcane motes at a creature within 120ft. Each arcane mote deals force damage equal to half your level rounded down.
Once the motes are all used up, they replenish after one minute.
