Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)
A mythical amulet that is said to revert the death itself. It has a round emerald base with an ancient gold serpent eating its own tail decorating the circumference.
While you are attuned to this amulet, you have advantage on death saving throws.
When you die while attuned to this amulet, for the next 10 minutes a creature can use an action to activate the amulet. Upon activation, if your soul is free and willing, you are restored to life with all hit points. The amulet then shatters into fine dust and a loud death knell can be heard up to 100 feet away.
