Any fragrance sprayed through this container becomes bewitched and grants the following properties to its wearer:
- The fragrance smells pleasant to any who smell it; a different smell for different people.
- When you use the friends cantrip, or successfully charm a creature who can smell your cologne/perfume [15 foot range or 5 foot on a windy day], their memory during the period they are under the effects of your spell become foggy and hazy and they are incapable of knowing that they were under the effects of a spell*.
*This haziness can be removed with a greater restoration spell
Notes: while the crystal phial itself is charmed, using it requires that a cologne/perfume be used with it; the atomizer is useless if it is not used with a cologne/perfume, Social, enchantment
