The amulet hangs on a simple leather strap, belying its otherworldly nature. It appears as a 3 gems in the form of tears outlined by gold which surround a gem formed like a triangle, also outlined by gold. Each gemstone represents an elemental plane.
The amulet has 10 charges and regains 1d8+2 charges daily at dawn.
If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the amulet crumbles to dust and is destroyed.
While wearing the amulet, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges to pull some energy from an elemental plane of your choosing and form it into mass.
While wearing the amulet, you can also use an action to expend 8 of its charges to open a temporary gate to a plane of your choosing. This requires 20 pounds of focus material associated with that plane.
