Wondrous Item, rare
A dark, red and black cloak made of a light but firm fabric.
While it provides scant protection, it has other ways to aid the user.
In daylight, a potent distractor spell makes the wearer difficult to see clearly, or at all. Npc's and players attempting to find the wearer must make a perception roll. If the roll is below a 15, they fail.
However, in low light and at night, the user is rendered virtually invisible, as the cloak blends with the darkness. Perception rolls must be an 18 or higher.
Notes: Advantage: Stealth
