Anti-Silence Silence Box

This ornate music box was salvaged and recycled by Beedle Boltnose and has been transformed into a device which produces a cacophony of different noises when activated.

As an action, you activate the device which creates an area of immense noises in a 20 foot radius for 1 minute. Creatures inside of it are deafened and casting spells with verbal components is impossible. Thunder damage dealt to creatures or objects inside deals an additional damage die.

If used more than once a day, there is a cumulative 20% chance to break the device when activating it.
