Amulet of the Axes

This amulet is shaped like a noble crest representing two crossed axes on a round shield. Its size and weight fit a Giant, but attuning to it shrinks it to more reasonable dimensions. It's filled with energy and memories of a Giant warrior whose name is long lost to time, and who failed to pass them to his descendants. While wearing this amulet you gain the following benefits:

• As a reaction to being hit with a melee attack, you can parry with an axe you hold in your hand, adding 2 to your AC, potentially turning a hit into a miss.
• You can sacrifice your speed in favour of a greater strength. As a result, you can hit like a Giant. As an action, you can perform a Giant Strike, a special type of an Attack Action limited to one attack. Make a single melee weapon attack against an enemy in your reach. Benefits and penalties of advantage and disadvantage do not apply to this roll. A successful hit is a critical hit. Roll damage as normal, but add one more weapon damage die to the total number of dice rolled. You can perform a Giant Strike number of times equal to you proficiency bonus. You regain all uses of that ability at the end of a long rest. If you start a short rest with no uses left, you regain one use at the end of a short rest.
• Your mightiest strikes cause aggravated wounds. After dealing a critical strike, you can force a creature to make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. If it fails and has 25 hit points or fewer, it dies or is destroyed. You regain a use of this ability after a long rest or killing an enemy with a Giant Strike, whichever happens first.

In addition, while attuned to the amulet, you have a 25 percent chance each day at dawn of losing all body hair. The next day after that your skin turns cold blue, like a Stone Giant. You also gain one tool proficiency of your choice. The benefit lasts until you lose attunement, after which your skin turns normal and hair grow back in 2d6 days.
