Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
A heart shaped red gem wrapped with the wings of two dragons on its side makes the pendent for this golden chain amulet. While attuned to this amulet the wearer is able to stave off the effects of the Scale Fever for a time, at dawn the attuned creature must roll a d10 on a 6-10 the disease is resisted, on a 5-1 the disease begins to manifest for a total of 1d4 days.
