Artificer's Mechanical Hummingbird

This tiny, bronze, mechanical creature in the form of a tiny hummingbird has silver gear on its back. When wound up, the small, mechanized creature begins to animate and move with a pattern of clicking noises of clockwork cogs turning inside the creature. The bird will then proceed to fly around in a random pattern for 15 to 20 seconds and will then fly back to its user's hands when it is about to switch off. While flying, the bird will produce a short mechanical chirping sound in 3 second intervals. Each hummingbird has a small engraving of a time on its back, denoting at what time of day it was created.
