Constructed during The Calamity by The Lawbearer's Judges, this simple looking, three foot long rod, made of ebony and walnut, was made to pass judgment on foes who threaten law and civilization. One end of the rod is capped in a golden bronze with the symbol of The Lawbearer.
Rod, Legendary (Requires attunement by a Warlock)
Dormant
While holding this rod, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DC's of your warlock spells. Additionally, you can regain one warlock spell slot as an action while holding the rod. You can't use this property again until you finish a long rest.
Enforcement While attuned to the item, a Warlock increases their spell slot total by one. Additionally, casting Hex on a creature now imposes disadvantage to Saving Throws; in addition to Ability Checks. You can choose when this happens. Once this property is used, it cannot be used again until next dawn.
