Avernian Flying Bell

The Avernian Flying bell is a gently glowing blue bell etched with infernal markings.

The Bell is stationary until someone controls it or the creature it is attuned to deactivates it. If you are within 60 feet of an bell, you can use an action to make the sphere levitates in one direction of your choice, up to a number of feet equal to 5 × your Intelligence modifier (minimum 5 feet).

While attuned to the Flying bell and within 60ft of it, you gain a 30ft fly speed.

Alternatively, you can anchor the Bell to a vehicle by spending 10 minutes attaching it to a surface. While your Attunement remains and you remain in the vehicle, the vehicle gains a fly speed of 100ft.

Notes: Bonus: Speed (Flying)
