Amulet of Amber Swoon

This amulet is made of strange flat resin with the names of several local taverns printed on it along with the line "show this at Booze-Con for a free drink at each listed booth!" While wearing it, you can regain 2d4 + 4 hit points when you drink a serving of any of this realm's alcohol. Once the amulet has restored hit points, it can’t do so again until the next dawn.
