An amulet shaped into a heart from the branch of some alien tree. Druids can use one of their beast shape forms to grant extra strength to an animal companion boosting their strength in combat. Use the stats for a cave bear while adding 3x your druid level to their health. In addition, the animal companion uses your proficiency bonus instead of their own when attacking.
The Amulet has 9 charges. The amulet regains 1d4+1 charges after a long rest. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the amulet will teleport the user to The Divine Tree for 1d4+1 days. After which, the Amulet will regain the same amount of charges as the amount of days spent.
