This armour looks like +2 Armour all Investigation Checks and Identify will reveal it to be as such. It grants +2 AC well wearing it. CURSE: You can't doff this armour until Remove Curse is casted on it. This Armour gives you -5 on all your Charisma Checks.If you fail a Charisma Check 3 times well using Charisma on a NPC if they are are indifferent to you or once if you or something you are doing means something to them, they will starting at attacking you because you are annoying them.
