"This dagger has exceptional balance and design. Its blade is evenly tapered, subdued black, and razor sharp. The handle is made from dark wood, with a large black pearl inlaid in the pommel. The blackened finger guard is etched with the image of a snake, in the shape of a figure eight, swallowing its own tail.”
You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon, and the damage is considered magical.
When you succeed on an attack roll against a creature or object the dagger becomes embedded within them. While you are within 60 feet of the dagger, you can use a bonus action to speak its command word to recall it to your open hand. The Dagger returns to you instantly, dealing an additional 1d4 slashing per Rogue level (halved and rounded down, minimum of 1) as it is ripped from the target.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
