Amulet of Arrah

 An amulet boasting a magical blue amethyst gem that seems to be entangled by fine silver chords. The silver seems to shape itself into a torso-like shape that curves down at the edges. Underneath the amethyst is a peak with 3 small faintly glowing pearls that are coiled by silver strings. The loop at the top connects to a fine copper chain that loops around the neck. It is thought that the amethyst which grants this amulet its power encases an ancient tyrant God, entombed for an eternity.

While you have the Amulet of Arrah on your person, you can cast the Wish as if you were speaking to a genie. The spell is instantaneous and requires no somatic or material components. After you cast it in this way, the amulet loses all of its power and withers away into ethereal dust. But be warned, the amulet extracts its power at a cost.
