Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
This golden amulet features a series of interlocking circular patterns within its triangular form. At its centre is a cut tiger's eye gemstone that rotates on its axis. When the effect of the amulet is used, the gem stops spinning until it becomes active again.
When attuned to this amulet, if you roll a natural 1 on an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check, you may treat this natural one as a natural 20. Once the amulet has been used in this way, the effect cannot be activated until the next dawn.
