Armor of the Pumpkin King

This armor starts as a magical seed. When planted in fertile soil, on the night of a full moon, this pumpkin armor begins to grow and form almost immediately. The planter must lie on the sprout and allow it to grow around them and shape to their bodies.

The armor's exact type and ac bonus, varies based on the needs of the user. Regardless of what form it takes, it gains the following bonuses and includes a jack-o-lantern mask and canvas cloak(resembling a scarecrow);

• The wearer has vulnerability to fire damage
• The wearer gets +1 to their ac
• They know the spell Ghoulish Gourds* for as long as they are wearing the armor and may cast it once per day without expending a spell slot or material components.
• You gain advantage on saves to resist the frightened condition.
• You gain advantage on checks made using the Intimidation skill.

If the wearer uses light armor, the armor takes the form of either a pumpkin dress or pumpkin leathers, primarily made of the vines. This a version gains the same benefits as studded leather armor( ac= 12+dex mod)

If the wearer prefers medium armor, it takes the form of jack-o-lantern armor or an armored dress(pictured versions) composed of a mix between the vines and the pumpkin and includes a cloak and mask(mask optional). This gains the same benefits as a set of half-plate armor( ac=15+dex mod(max 2), disadvantage on stealth)

If the wearer prefers heavy armor, it takes the form of a massive suit composed of of entirely of the orange pumpkin flesh one thinks of when you think of a jack-o-lantern. Its all carved and ghoulish and grants the same benefits as plate armor but weighs half as much and has no strength requirement( 18 ac, stealth disadvantage).

If the user cannot wear armor, the bones and leaves weave themselves into a jack-o-lantern designed set of robes that allow you to cast barkskin on yourself at will.

Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
