Amulet of Rex Maadi

This amulet offers mockery and humour  via Telepathy to the attune's being.

The Amulet takes great pleasure in being exposed to  extreme emotions, often seeming from violence, heroic feats, joyous laughter. 

The Amulet of Rex Maadi allows the creature to cast bane at 2nd level. This recharges every midnight. 

Exposing The Amulet of Rex Maadi to strong negation emotions allows the attune's being to have the haste spell cast on them, when the creature is ready and able to have such as high level spell cast on them. 

To replenish The Amulet of Rex Maddi there must be three cases of strong negation emotions from three separate living Humanoid creatures. These creatures cannot be willing.
