While attuned to this amulet the wearer can cast one spell requiring concentration. The spell functions as normal however if the attuned is attacked their concentration is challanged as normal and they must make a concentration save.
There can only be one spell cast with the amulet at a time, if another is cast using it the original spell drops.
Notes: Allows the wearer to concentrate on a second spell.
