Agate of Preservation

This necklace is a teardrop-shaped polished green and yellow banded agate mounted on a fine copper chain. You gain a +1 bonus to AC and saving throws while wearing this necklace.

In addition, the necklace has the following properties.

• While holding the necklace in your hand, you can use it to cast the gentle repose and purify food and drink spells as rituals.
• While holding the necklace in your hand, you can take a minute to swirl the agate in a cup of water and spend two hit dice to create a potion of greater healing. This potion must be used within twenty-four hours or the magic fades.
• While holding the necklace in your hand, you can take a minute to swirl the agate in a cup of wine and spend two hit dice to create a potion of restoration. When drunk, this potion cures any disease afflicting the drinker and removes the paralyzed and poisoned conditions. This potion must be used within twenty-four hours or the magic fades.
• When you or a creature that you can see within 60 feet of you is killed, you can use a reaction to have the necklace to save the victim. The target returns to life with 1 hit point and may immediately spend hit dice to recover hit points. This property also neutralizes any poisons and cures nonmagical diseases that affected the creature at the time it died. Using this property consumes the magic of the necklace and it crumbles to dust.
