Arcane Blaster

Uniquely shaped wand with a angled handle at the end. This wand allows for precise ranged attacks and has a ancient design. Records show that this weapon far brought from ruins in the Outer Ring but mysteriously disappeared before it reached the city.

While holding this wand, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls. In addition, you ignore half cover when making a spell attack.

When used, the wand produces a projectile that houses the spell or attack. This allows for spells that have a range of touch to effect targets at range if the projectile hits them. Spells that have cone attacks do not produce a projectile and the cone starts from the tip of the wand.
