Revivify (1 charge), Cure Wounds (3rd level version, 1 charge), or Mass Healing Word (1 charge). In addition, if you start your turn dead, the amulet expends one charge and casts revivify on you. The amulet regains 1d8+1 expended charges daily at dawn.

Posted Sep 6, 2023Cure Wounds is shown as a 1st level spell, and not as a 3rd level like the item says it is casted at. There is also a text based issue with the item when added to the character sheet. Nothing major, just some missing words.
