Using a bonus action, a creature can read the tome to gain a magically charming one-liner, the details of this are determined by rolling a [roll]1d6[/roll]. The spell or ability can be used as part of the bonus action, but it can be held and cast with a bonus action for a maximum of five rounds. The book can be used this way 3 times a day and the spellcasting modifier for any spell cast through this book is CHA.
