Aether Vial

This beautiful gold and crystal phial is enchanted to contain and release magic. You may use an action to activate the phial, which lasts 1 minute. While the phial is active, it gains one charge for every spell you cast. At the end of the phial activation, you may use a bonus action to cast a spell of a level equal to or less than the number of charges in the phial without expending the corresponding spell slot and without the material and somatic components. This bonus action can only be used within 1 minute after the phial activation ends. Once the phial has been used in this way, it cannot be used again until you finish a long rest.
