Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
This small circlet is made to magically fit on any remaining length of a missing limb and magically affixes itself to the stump. It cannot be removed unless you unattune to it willingly. While attuned, you may for a spectral limb perfectly replicating your lost one, it is capable of everything a normal arm is.
While the limb is active and you are not holding anything with the arm, you gain a +3 bonus to your AC.
Additionally, the limb has 3 charges, and it regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. While you are not holding anything and you push a creature within your reach at least 5 feet away, you can expend 1 charge to push that creature an additional 10 feet, knock it prone, or both.
