An ordinary looking 1ft length of chain that seems to resemble manacles. When one end is attached to a weapon it immediately grows or shrinks to fit tightly, when the other end is attached to the wrist of the wielder it does the same and the length of chain snaps off from the cuff around the wrist. Any weapon that is attached in this way gains the thrown property of 20ft with a max range of 60ft(disadvantage), if it already has the thrown property then it is doubled for both unattuned and attuned bonus. At the start of the wielders next turn as long as they are on the same plane the weapon appears in hand even if it was in the grip of another individual. If the wielder and weapon are ever on a different plane after being thrown then the chain is immediately destroyed the following turn. This item can be affected by the Sharpshooter feat.
