Amulet of the Fallen

This amulet is connected by a black steely chain made from a material known as voidsteel. The amulet head is in the shape of a skull, with two amethysts socketed in the eyes. While attuned to it, the user gains the following benefits:

Strength Beyond Death. + 2 to all attacks and damage rolls with weapons.

Knowledge of the Grave. + 2 to spell attack rolls and spell save DC.

It constantly emanates a powerful magical aura and has 4 charges. You can use an action to expend one charge and cast Create Undead at 9th level without the need for material components.
