When hit, victim rolls a d20, if rolls 11-20 the person will fall in love with the first person the victim sees the is the opposite gender of the victim forever. If victim rolls a 9 or 10 the will fill pity for the shooter of the arrow. If the victim rolls a 7 or 8 they will feel extremely happy. If the victim rolls a 5 or 6 the victim will feel extremely sad. If the victim rolls a 3 or 4 the victim will feel extreme hatred stored the shooter till the next full moon. If the victim rolls a 1 or 2 the next person to charm the victim, the victim will fall in love with the person who charmed the victim forever.
