Amulet of the Winged Curse

Once touched by someone who has greatly wronged a powerful diety, it will transfer the essence of that wrongdoing into the form of massive, physical wings upon that person's back. These wings up that creature's size by one, cause a huge penalty to dex, and knock ten feet off their walking speed. Its also gives them a fly speed of forty feet and allows them to use a bonus action to take flight. Armor must be custom made for them. The only way to remove the wings is to physically cut them off.
