Arm of The Mage Lord

This spectral arm appears a light blue, and when attuned will fit over the casters dominant hand. If the caster is missing an arm the item instead floats just off the stump and functions as if it was a normal arm. Floating around the arm are arcane scrolls that shift and change with different spells. The items power scales with the user, and eventually unlocks stronger more potent power. While not attuned the item appears as a low glowing wrapped scroll.

Spells: The wand has 6 charges, and regains 1d6 charges every long rest. You can use an action to cast any of the bound spells. Remove Curse (2 Charges) Storm Sphere (2 Charges) Contact Other Plane (4 Charges)
