This blue an gold robe, flashes with colour. You have resistance to cold damage while wearing this, and snow doesn't cause you to slow your pace. When a creature attacks you with a melee attack and hits they take 1d10 cold damage, in retaliation to that strike.
Can be worn, with another cloak or cape, but you don't gain the retaliation feature.
